I remember when we were newly married and I had a spreadsheet (bahaha) with my plans for the next 10 years. According to it, I should have one child and be preggo with #2. Also we should have been on three major vacations by now. Ha..I never considered vacation fund would be used for fertility treatments! I've only just learned to let go of those deadlines and just let life happen as it will. I'm thinking of you and hoping for good news!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2808830305872285145.post-55697002423607920012014-03-13T14:06:40.377-07:002014-03-13T14:06:40.377-07:00I'm glad you still enjoy your job. Honestly, I think this is an important aspect in discussions about abortion, but that's a different topic.<br />Thinking of you as your beta comes up!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2808830305872285145.post-49684233150911512622014-03-13T08:43:08.844-07:002014-03-13T08:43:08.844-07:00Good luck with your beta. I was in the same boat as you in the beginning, we're not doing this, we're not doing that, and after our first IVF it was my husband that was more willing to give up, where my resolve to do anything and everything possible had strengthened. Hang in there. Hopefully you'll get a BFP and not have to worry about next steps!shayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03343022560947651822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2808830305872285145.post-65898996557460852232014-03-13T07:53:01.762-07:002014-03-13T07:53:01.762-07:00I wanted to respond to the very end of your post b...I wanted to respond to the very end of your post by saying "Bravo!" It's a common expression in Greek. I think your decision to not think about what to do next is a very positive thing. As for the rest of the post, I can so relate. I am the queen of timelines. I think it's my way of coping. If I create a timeline, I know there will be an end to the madness regardless of the outcome! For now, my end date is age 42. I will be thinking of you tomorrow. Best of luck, my friend. I tell myself surely by then I'll have a baby, so I can rationalize that there's no harm in setting such a date. You're right, there's no predicting how you'll react in a certain situation before your faced with it.
