2/2012   Try to gain advantage using Clomid
3/2012   Visit from parents causes coitus interruptus
4/2012   Clomid fails again
5/2012   Ovulation occurs while we were in different countries.
              However, semen analysis shows low concentration
6/2012   Once again ovulation occurs when Husband is away
7/2012   Meet with RE and Male Fertility Specialist
              Husband started on Clomid for mild hypogonadism
8/2012   Au Natural attempt = BFN
9/2012   Fall asleep and forget to have sex on 'O' night
10/2012 Minimal improvement with Clomid -will likely need IVF
11/2012 BFP just before appointment to start IUI
12/2012 Miscarriage at 6 weeks
1/2013   Saline sonogram reveals uterine septum 25-35% depth
2/2013   Hysteroscopic resection of uterine septum successful
3/2013   Cleared to start IUI
4/2013   IUI#1 = BFN
5/2013   IUI#2 = BFN
6/2013   IUI#3 = BFN
7/2013   IUI#4 = BFN
8/2013   IUI#5 = BFN
9/2013   Break
10/2013 IVF#1 8 mature oocytes, 6 fertilise with ICSI, 4 useable embryos
11/2013 Day 3 transfer with 2 embryos = BFP
12/2013 Miscarriage at 6 weeks (Karyotype confirms trisomy 16)
1/2014   Break while waiting for AF
2/2014   AF finally returns! Start prep for FET
3/2014   Transfer of an "excellent" blast = BFN
4/2014   Transfer of remaining grade 2 blast = BFN
5/2014   Start Lupron mid luteal phase for IVF #2
6/2014   IVF#2 14 mature oocytes, all fertilise with ICSI, 6 grade 1 blasts
7/2014   CCS testing = 4 euploid embryos
8/2014   FET#3 Single euploid grade 1 blast = BFN
9/2014   Strategery for next transfer:
              Laminaria, Lupron, reduced Estrogen, Baby Aspirin, Labetalol
10/2014 FET#4 Single euploid grade 1 blast = BFP!
